Think Outside The Big Box.

A major appliance breaking down is no fun for anyone.  It’s stressful, inconvenient, and flat-out annoying If you add in the challenges of the pandemic, it can make things feel even worse! If you find your fridge not cooling or hear your washer howling like a wolf or shaking like an undeveloped Polaroid Picture, you’ll want to address the situation as quickly as possible.  The demand for service has remained high since the beginning of the pandemic and with factory backorders on certain parts and appliances, the wait time could be weeks or even months! Many times we get the proverbial question, “Would you repair or replace?”.  Unfortunately there is often no clear answer to this without first looking at the unit.  Sometimes it can be as simple as a blown fuse or as complex as a failed control board.  Regardless of the issue, we can never be 100% sure without first looking at the appliance.  If you are uncertain or lack the technical skills to diagnose an appliance, leave that task to
