Here's a FAQ to clarify the deal.

Q: What do you mean "best deal in town"? How do you prices compare?
A: We scan (computer robot) our competition (Lowes, Home Depot, Orvilles and Charlotte) for the lowest prices and proactively match their prices in our showroom and online. When Home Depot has that really good deal on GE laundry, we match it. When Lowes has that great deal on a Maytag refrigerator, we match it. We take the research work out of the equation. You will be getting the matched lowest price in the region when you buy from us.

Q: What do I have to do to get the 5 year warranty?
A: There are two stipulations. The product must be over $499 and you must trade in your old appliance that is being replaced. Many appliance retailers charge a $20 "recycling fee". We'll pay you with a free 5 year warranty.

Q: What does the 5 year warranty cover?
A: This warranty is a fully comprehensive parts and labor "bumper to bumper" warranty.

Q: If I have a problem with my appliance, who do I call?
A: Us. We are also service authorized to perform any warranty service calls. We're more than happy to make any wrongs, right asap.
